Monday - Friday
5:00 AM  Night Office and silent prayer
6:30 AM  Matins and First Hour
8:00 AM  Breakfast, work begins
12:00 PM Third and Sixth Hour
12:30 PM Lunch taken informally. Afternoon rest and/or work
6:00 PM  Vespers
7:00 PM  Evening Meal with spiritual reading. Recreation
8:30 PM  Compline

Saturday
6:30 AM to 9:30 AM: Matins, First Hour, Third Hour, Divine Liturgy, Panahyda
12:00 PM to 12:15 PM: Sixth Hour
5:50 PM to 7:15 PM: Ninth Hour and Great Vespers

Sunday
6:30 AM to 8:30 AM: Matins, First Hour
9:45 AM to 11:45 AM: Third Hour, Sixth Hour, Divine Liturgy
12:00 PM to 1:00 PM: Potluck luncheon with extended community
5:50 PM to 6:45 PM: Ninth Hour and Vespers
8:30 PM to 9:00 PM: Compline
